This notice explains what information 13 Canons receives when you contact us or schedule a call, how it is used, and what the site keeps in your browser.

Information you provide

When you send the project inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in, any optional company or website information, and the project details, timeline, or budget information you choose to provide. If you continue to the form from the AI Opportunity Fit Check, a short summary of its results (not your individual answers) is included. The landing page, referrer, and campaign details described under “Cookies and analytics” below are also included, so we can understand how visitors find 13 Canons.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential work, and support an engagement if one moves forward. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Services involved

Netlify hosts the site and processes project inquiry submissions. If you choose to schedule a call, Calendly handles the booking, while Google Calendar and Google Meet support the confirmed appointment. Each service handles information according to its own privacy practices.

How long information is kept

Inquiry and scheduling details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and support any work that moves forward. If you have a question about information you submitted, contact us through the project inquiry form.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated before those tools are enabled.

The site does keep a small note in your browser's local storage, so an inquiry can show how you found 13 Canons. It is created on the first page you view. It records that page, the site or page that led you to it (if your browser shares this), and any standard campaign (UTM) parameters in its link. Whenever you open a page whose link carries those parameters, the note is replaced with that page, the page that led to it, and its campaign parameters. The note has no automatic expiration; you can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser. It is sent to us only when you submit the project inquiry form, as part of that inquiry.

If you continue to the form from the AI Opportunity Fit Check, its short results summary is kept only in that browser tab until you send the form, restart the fit check, or close the tab.
