Service

AI systems for leads, customers, and operations.

We build AI that responds to leads, talks to customers, and keeps your tools updated, for businesses where a slow response has a real cost.

What we can build

  • Faster lead response and qualification
  • Missed-call and after-hours customer answers
  • CRM updates and follow-up sequences
  • Reporting, approvals, and repetitive admin work
  • Reactivation of stalled leads

Starting scope: AI Front Desk & Follow-Up

The front desk starts small on purpose: one business location, one phone number, one approved intake or call flow, and one supported calendar or CRM connection.

Starting at $999 setup

Managed support from $199/month

Software, phone/SMS, and AI usage billed separately.

Setup includes

  • One business location and one phone number
  • One approved intake or call flow
  • One supported calendar or CRM connection
  • Approved answers and escalation rules
  • A simple follow-up step
  • One revision round
  • Test calls and handoff

Text messaging depends on customer consent and carrier registration.

Managed support from $199/month

  • Basic monitoring and exception review
  • One small configuration update per month
  • A short monthly activity summary

Managed support does not include unlimited changes, round-the-clock human support, a guaranteed response time, or software, phone/SMS, and AI usage. Larger changes are quoted separately.

Scoped separately

  • Custom APIs and unsupported tools
  • Complex quoting
  • Multiple departments or locations
  • Additional languages
  • Regulated-data work, such as health or financial records

How it works

Inputs
Calls, form submissions, or messages from the channel we agree on, plus the answers, services, and routing rules your team approves.
Outputs
A reply that uses only approved answers, a qualified inquiry record, a calendar booking or CRM update, and a handoff to the right person.
Dependencies
Access to your phone or messaging provider and your calendar or CRM, and one person on your team who owns the approved answers.

An illustrative inquiry journey

This is an illustration of a typical business process, not a working product demo and not a deployed client system.

  1. CustomerInquiryA call, form, or message arrives.
  2. AIApproved responseReplies using only the answers your team approved.
  3. AIQualificationAsks the agreed questions and records the answers.
  4. Your toolsCRM and calendar routingCreates or updates the record and offers open times.
  5. Your teamStaff reviewA person reviews the record and handles pricing and judgment calls.
  6. Your teamFollow-upApproved follow-up goes out, and stops when the customer replies, books, or opts out.
Illustration only. Steps, tools, and handoff points are agreed for each business.

Where staff take over

Pricing, exceptions, complaints, and anything outside the approved answers go to a named person, along with the conversation so far.

When the system is unsure

It tells the customer a person will follow up, rather than guessing, and flags the inquiry for review.

How follow-up stops

We design each sequence to stop when the customer replies, books, or asks to stop, and to check the record first so the same person is not sent the same sequence twice. Anyone on your team can pause it.

Plan before you build

When the right starting point is not obvious, we map current workflows, rank the strongest opportunities, identify risks and dependencies, and turn the strongest options into a practical implementation roadmap.

  • Discovery and workflow-review session
  • Current workflow and system map
  • Ranked automation opportunities
  • Tool, integration, data, and operational-readiness assessment
  • Risks, dependencies, and human-review requirements
  • Recommended first implementation
  • Defined success measures and ownership
  • Prioritized 90-day implementation roadmap
  • Estimated implementation phases and budget
  • Final walkthrough and handoff document

Roadmap work is custom quoted. If you move forward with an implementation project, the roadmap fee is credited toward that work.

How we start

  1. Audit

    Find the highest-value opportunity

  2. Build

    Implement and connect the system

  3. Improve

Measure it and refine what matters

For voice, SMS, or recorded communication, implementation depends on your consent, disclosure, privacy, and retention requirements, not a packaged compliance guarantee.

Start with one inquiry workflow

Bring the workflow that feels the most manual. We will tell you whether AI helps, and where a person should stay in charge.
